Returns


General Information

The product you ordered does not meet your expectations and you would like to return it? No problem! After receiving your package, you have 14 days to conveniently test the product at home and return it to us.

And here’s how it works:

Step 1:

For returns within Germany, you can easily request your return label and return form via our contact form or via WhatsApp (chat only) at +49 172 247 834 7. Both documents will be sent to you by email within 72 hours. A fee of €5.95 per return will be deducted directly from your refund.

Step 2:

Have you received your return label and return form via email or WhatsApp? You can simply print the documents. Even easier: just present your mobile QR code at the drop-off point, where your return label will be created and attached to your parcel for you.

Step 3:

Pack the items securely, preferably in the original box. Please ensure that the items are returned clean and unused. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €15. If possible, place the return label over the existing shipping label.

Step 4:

Returns are handled via our shipping partners DPD or DHL. Simply drop off your ready-to-ship parcel at a DHL post office, a DHL Packstation, with a DHL courier, or at a DPD PaketShop.

After we receive your return, the refundable amount will be credited to you within 14 days.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
