General Information

The product you ordered isn’t quite what you expected and you’d like to send it back? No problem! After receiving your package, you have 14 days to try the product at home and return it to us free of charge.

And here’s how it works:

Step 1:

Request a free return label and a packing slip via the contact form or by phone at +49 (0) 231 - 56 55 96 60, Monday–Friday, 09:00–15:00. A return label and a packing slip will be sent to you free of charge by email within 72 hours.

Step 2:

Have you received your return label and the delivery note by email? The attachment contains the return label, proof of drop-off and delivery note as a PDF document. Please print the return label and the receipt (proof of drop-off). If you are unable to print the return label yourself, we will be happy to send it to you by post.

Step 3:

Pack the goods, preferably in the original box, with sufficient protection. Please note that the items must be returned clean and unused. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge a €15 cleaning fee! Please enclose the original invoice of the shipment. Affix the return label preferably over the existing shipping label.

Step 4:

Returns are handled via our shipping partners DPD or DHL. Simply drop off your ready-to-ship parcel at a DHL post office, a DHL Packstation, with a DHL courier, or at a DPD PaketShop.

After we receive your return, the refundable amount will be credited to you within 14 days.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
